Mintkey is committed to making this website and the shopping journey usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology or need a non-standard way to interact.

Our approach

We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 AA principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We work on keyboard access, focus visibility, heading structure, colour contrast, alternative text, form labels, error messaging, responsive layouts and reduced motion.

Known limitations

We are continuously improving the site and, at present, do not have any accessibility issues recorded as a formal known limitation. Third-party payment experiences may have their own accessibility behavior that Mintkey cannot fully control.

Compatibility and testing

We test across current versions of major browsers and common desktop and mobile layouts using keyboard navigation and automated checks. We review the site regularly and continue to improve accessibility as part of our ongoing product updates.
